Stuck on a board, missing a purchase, or found a bug? Write to us and we'll get back to you — usually within two business days. There is no account system, so please tell us your device and OS version instead; that is what we need to reproduce most problems.

01 Restoring purchases

Remove-ads is a one-time purchase tied to your store account, so it comes back on a new device: open Settings → Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that bought it. Hint and bolt packs are consumables, and the stores don't restore consumables, so Restore purchases can't bring them back. Cloud save covers them instead: with it on, the balance you bought is backed up with your progress as soon as the upload goes through, and comes back when a reinstall or a new phone restores it. The upload needs a connection and a signed-in Play Games or Game Center account, so something bought offline, signed out, or right before uninstalling may not have made it up yet — and if the app is removed first, neither the stores nor we can bring it back. If a purchase was charged but nothing arrived, send us the store receipt and we'll sort it out.

02 Progress, and what happens if you reinstall

Your cleared stages, items and visa stamps live on your device — we run no account system, and in the App Store and Google Play versions we keep no copy on our servers. Cloud save is the exception, and it is on unless you turn it off: it keeps a copy in your own Google Play Games or Game Center account, signed in with the account already on your phone. That copy is what a reinstall or a new phone restores from, and it is the only copy that outlives the app.

Reinstalled and your progress didn't come back? The app probably wasn't signed in to Play Games or Game Center on its own. Open Settings → Cloud save and turn it on — that signs in and restores your progress.

With cloud save off, uninstalling deletes your progress and we cannot bring it back — we never had it. Either way there is no account with us to delete, and the saved copy is yours to remove in Play Games or Game Center whenever you like.

Playing inside the Toss app? There is no switch there: your progress, purchased hints and bolts included, is backed up to our server automatically under an anonymous key from Toss, and comes back when you open the game again after reinstalling Toss. Uninstalling doesn't delete that backup. It holds only your game progress, with no name, contact or Toss account details, so we can't tell which backup is yours from an email and can't remove one on request.

03 A board looks wrong, or won't clear

Every board is generated from real geographic outlines and checked to be solvable before it ships, but if one looks broken, tell us the city or country name shown at the top of the screen — that is enough for us to find the exact board.

04 Ads and your consent

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the app asks for ad consent on first launch, and you can change that decision at any time in Settings → Ad privacy options. That row only appears where the consent form exists. Elsewhere, manage ad tracking in your device's own settings, where you can also reset your advertising identifier.

05 Bug reports

What helps most: your device model, OS version, the app version (the Version row at the end of Settings), and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot beats a description.
